SALON POLICY

 

 

METHOD of PAYMENTS:

We accept Cash, MasterCard, and Visa as form of payment. 

ALL gratuity is made in cash or Venmo. 

NO REFUNDS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

SERVICES:

If your gel/dip/acrylic chips within 3-days of your service, please call and make an appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please only call during the 3-day period. No Exceptions.

APPOINTMENTS: 

We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled appointment.  We will allow a 10-minute window past your scheduled time before moving onto the next client.  

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved.

GROUP PARTIES (5 or More Guests):

All members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance via phone. A name and exact service is required from each person in your group at the time of booking, this allows for a smoother transaction and better accuracy.
