POLICY

GUARANTEE:

If your gel/dip/acrylic/liquid gel/gel x extensions full set chips within 3 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please call during the 3 day period. No exceptions. 

 

PAYMENT: 

We ONLY accept Visa and Mastercard for all transactions, including in-store payments and online e-gift purchases. American Express and Discover are NOT accepted.​

        -  NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason.

APPOINTMENTS:

All appointments must be made through our online booking system. For same-day availability, please call the salon ahead of time.

 

ARRIVAL TIME:

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened. Arrivals 15 minutes or later may result in cancellation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please call or message us directly on Instagram. We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), will result in a $30 cancellation fee which will be charged to the card on file.

 

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

 

GROUP BOOKINGS (4 or more):

A deposit of 50% of total services is required to secure all group bookings. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Nail art, length, special shapes, and soak-offs are not included in base service pricing and will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are any signs of infection, fungus, or open wounds.
