SALON POLICY

METHOD of PAYMENTS:

We ONLY accept Cash, Visa, and Master card as form of payment. Services below $25 must be made in Cash.

ALL gratuity is made in cash or Venmo.

*NO REFUNDS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.*

APPOINTMENTS: 

All future appointments must be made through our online booking system. For same day appointments, please call ahead of time. 

​

 Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will allow a 10-minute window past your scheduled time before moving onto the next client.  

​

A credit/debit card is required to make an appointment with us.

**IF YOU DO A NO-SHOW, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICES.**

SERVICES:

If your gel/dip/acrylic chips within 3-days of your service, please call and make an appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please only call during the 3-day period. No Exceptions.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. 

​

GROUP PARTIES (5 or More Guests):

All members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance via phone or email. Individual that is booking the appointment MUST book online with exact services is required at the time of booking.
