SALON POLICY

METHOD of PAYMENTS:

We do NOT take AMEX or Discovery cards as form of payment. Services below $25 must be made in Cash.

ALL gratuity is made in cash or Venmo.

*NO REFUNDS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.*

APPOINTMENTS: 

All future appointments must be made through our online booking system. For same day appointments, please call ahead of time. 

​

 Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will allow a 10-minute window past your scheduled time before moving onto the next client.  

​

A credit/debit card is required to make an appointment with us.

​

​

GUARENTEE:

If your gel/dip/acrylic chips within 3-days of your service, please call and make an appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please only call during the 3-day period. No Exceptions.

CANCELLATION:

**If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us a call or leave a voicemail. We reserve the right to charge a CANCELLATION FEE for clients who are no-shows or cancel under 12-hours before their scheduled appointment**

GROUP PARTIES (5 or More Guests):

A deposit 50% of services will be taken to secure a booking. You must call to inform the salon of any changes to bookings 72 hours in advanced of the projected date and time. The deposit will be non-refundable if bookings are cancelled in less than 72 hours before the projected date and time.
