SALON POLICY

METHOD of PAYMENTS:

We accept Cash, MasterCard, and Visa as form of payment. Payments below $25 must be made in Cash.

ALL gratuity is made in cash or Venmo. 

*NO REFUNDS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.*

SERVICES:

If your gel/dip/acrylic chips within 3-days of your service, please call and make an appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please only call during the 3-day period. No Exceptions.

APPOINTMENTS: 

 Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will allow a 10-minute window past your scheduled time before moving onto the next client.  

**A credit/debit card is required to make an appointment with us. This will authorize us for to charge your card $25, if you do not show up for your appointment.**

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved.

GROUP PARTIES (5 or More Guests):

All members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance via phone or email. Individual that is booking the appointment MUST book online with exact services is required at the time of booking.
