PAYMENT METHODS:

We do NOT take any sort of AMEX or Discovery cards as form of payment as well as any card payments for services below $25. ALL gratuity can be made in cash or through Venmo. â€‹

GUARENTEE:

If your gel/dip/acrylic chips within 3-days of your service, please call and make an appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please only call during the 3-day period.  No Exceptions.

APPOINTMENTS: 

All future appointments must be made through our online booking system. For same day appointments, please call ahead of time. ​  â€‹

A credit/debit card is required to make an appointment with us. ​​​​

CANCELLATION:

**If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us a call or leave a voicemail. We reserve the right to charge a  CANCELLATION FEE for clients who are no-shows or cancel under 12-hours before their scheduled appointment**

GROUP PARTIES (5 or more):

A deposit 50% of services will be taken to secure a booking. You must call to inform the salon of any changes to bookings 72 hours in advanced of the projected date and time.

The deposit will be non-refundable if bookings are cancelled in less than 72 hours before the projected date and time.
